Job Description

The role

You will be part of WingFan India  Sales team in India and be joining a company that emphasizes action, quality, flexibility and innovative thinking. We are involved in the projects from start to finish and have a wide range of contacts across the organization in our daily work

We are looking for new Sales Engineer in India. 

 

Key areas of responsibility:

 

Ø  Present, promote and sell the entire range of products and services using solid arguments to existing and especially prospective customers in a dedicated geographic area

Ø  Develop the market for fan as well as any newly launched product.

Ø  Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their technical and commercial needs

Ø  Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships also by keeping the CRM system constantly updated

Ø  Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

Ø  Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Ø  Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Ø  Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Ø  Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

Ø  Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Ø  Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Ø  Continuously improve through feedback


 

 

 

 

Professional Qualifications:

Ø  Fresher or Proven work experience as a Sales Representative if possible in the fan, HVAC & R industry or in another component sales position for the OEM industry

Ø  Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Ø  Familiarity with ERP and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

Ø  Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Ø  Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills

Ø  Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Ø  Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Ø  Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Ø  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

Ø  Willing to travel

Ø  This role fits to a person who is inspirational, manipulative and has the drive to achieve.

Ø  The job is likely to require that tangible, measurable results are to be obtained despite opposition or resistance to their accomplishment. There may be pressure to meet deadlines in an environment laced with a wide variety of problems and unexpected interruptions.

Ø  Communication and people skills are key aspects of the job.

Ø  The person fulfilling this role should be self-starting, competitive, imaginative, direct, influential, persuasive, and self-confident. Independence, mobility, activity, pace and authority are also factors which could be important to this position.
