Job Description

Sales Engineer (ACH)
Experience: 1-6 yr(s).

Job Description:

  • Well versed with company’s technical product features to demonstrate excellent technical sales pitch.
  • Demonstrates sales by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending best solutions with strong focus on product’s unique selling preposition.
  • Demonstrates the right customer behaviour defined by delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • Passionate to achieve monthly/annual targets.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to clients’ maximize satisfaction.
  • Proactive in resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports.
  • Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required
  • Understand the competitors’ product and their USP to strategically place the company’s product in the mind of the customer.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports.

Qualification,Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Minimum Marks for eligibility during B. tech (and equivalent degree) – >65%, 70 percent through out (10th, 12th, Graduation)
  • Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel is a plus
  • Previous experience in US market is plus.
  • Only male candidate
