3. Purpose of the Job :
· To Handle Direct & Indirect (Through Distributor) Sales activities in Mumbai
· Generate sales in line with the assigned target with profitable YOY growth
· To develop & manage Channel Sales network, experience to handle Channels and Introduce new Channels
· To Increase Geography coverage, increase market share & creating awareness of Machinery Safety
regulation/standard amongst various OEM’s, Consultants and End Users.
· To manage approval of our company with entire product range (with proper specification as per international safety regulation/standard) with various OEM’s, Consultants and End Users comes under assigned territory.
4. Major Activities / Principal Accountabilities:
· To defend the existing customer base.
· To grow with existing customers by adding new products & solutions.
· He should have preferably worked on System Solutions involving bus communication systems and control system architecture.
· New customer and market development.
· Ability to handle complex project & solution sales and close
· To add New Distributors, improve Channel sales share
· Regular sales reporting/ Working experience in CRM.
· Preparing Techno-Commercial Offers
· To Focus to gain market share of locally manufactured product
· Collection of Receivables / C Forms
· MIS Reporting
· Update of Competitor information/movement and market development
· Market penetration with Solution & Technical sales approach.
· Training & Presentation to customers
· Ability to work independently to manage entire sales operation to complete sales cycle.
