4.       Making appointments to see existing and potential labs

5.       Tracking and meeting of weekly monthly Sales achievements and targets of the sales team
L2L (Lab 2 Lab) and keeping records and present to reporting authority good team player and as well as ability to work independently.

7.       Communication skills should be self-confidence and have a good executive presence

8.       Optimistic by nature and not put off by setbacks and willing to accept the constructive criticism.

9.       Should have the capability to build a team and collaborate with other stakeholders and achieve the targets.

10.    Ability to lead a team of area sales managers, sales executives, tracking and meeting of weekly monthly Sales achievements and targets of the sales team and motivating sales team.

11.    Reporting information back to headquarters / corporate office about labs / customer needs
