Job Description

  • Perfect Plan B is looking to hire Academic Counselor - Sales Executive -B2C sales who have a proven track record of Sales in Ed-tech or similar B2C domain!
  • Experience required - 1 year +
  • Require a pleasant personality to work as an education counsellor for young students and help them understand the importance of navigating a career. 
  • Must be a good listener and be trained in matching candidate needs to a future career. Academic counsellors are responsible for helping shape young minds with care and affection and not with the use of force. Act as a mentor, Coach. 
  • Focus on customer retention.
  • Counselling students and help them for queries and enroll them in our online courses and show them the direction to their career and generating revenue for the company through B2C ( directly speak to students, counsel them and enroll them in courses & generate revenue )
  • Weekly incentives Opportunity to earn incentives
  • weekly and monthly targets
  • -Weekly Incentives + fixed salary
  • -Ed-tech experience will be preferred too or business development/sales/ educational counsellor, career counselor.
  • -Must have: Laptop/desktop, phone, internet connectivity/sim card
  • must know how to use CRM software for leads
  • Candidates should be from Faridabad, Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida only.
