Business Development for the organization by acquiring new corporate and government clients
Identify potential customer for different range of product and services to be offered to customer
Managing new developed accounts and existing accounts to generate revenue
Regular interaction with customer to provide satisfaction after sales
Provide alternative solutions to the customer, updating about them new products , business offerings and cross selling of other products
Negotiation with clients and finalization of orders
Timely payment follow up
Customer / clients grievance handling
Coordination with support team to ensure timely delivery of solutions
