Sales Executive – Diagnostic/Pharma/CRO
Job Responsibilities:
Plans and executes sales targets and activities for the state of Karnataka (Bangalore) managing the entire Laboratory essential (consumables, chemicals and Instruments) portfolio of AdPro Healthcare, in order to increase sales with all kinds of potential customers and to achieve defined commercial targets.
Some of the key KPI's and expectations are as follows -
· Plans sales volumes and potentials of all customers in the assigned region.
· Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning.
· Analyzes market conditions and builds a sound network of stakeholders.
· Spots opportunities for local product and service portfolio solutions.
· Prepares customer contact, builds and maintains a customer focused network.
· Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with proposal mgmt / other involved professionals and management.
· Coordinates the realization of assignments, may coordinate and contribute to set up respective product developments, projects or services programs.
· Completes sales and revenue related key reporting.
· Point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.
· To work in coordination with channel partners and support them in closing the deals.
· To align with internal teams for product demonstration and arrange for requisite approvals.
· Responsible for maintaining the market share in the state.
· Ensuring that the receivables from sales operations are collected within time.
The job involves travel across the state (primarily Bangalore) and working closely with customers.
Qualification/Skillset/Competencies
University degree in any stream.
Prior experience in Diagnostics or research and testing lab sales preferable.
1-2 years of professional experience in the CRM environment (marketing and sales)
Comprehensively understand business goals and metrics
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
Ability to understand complex data structures / “Analytical thinking”
Attitude of quality and attention to detail and strong problem-solving-skills
Good data visualization and presentation skills
Ability to work in cross-collaboration projects
