Responsibilities:
Sell out fmcg products (salt, masala, tea etc.)
Making appointments with and meeting new customers
Meeting sales targets
Promoting new products and any special deals
Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
Giving feedback on sales trends.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements:
Experience must
2 wheeler mandatory
Field marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Ability to lead a sale team.
Ability to do sales reports.
Ability to use a computer.
