Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive - Fresher to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your primary responsibility will be to sell our products or services to prospective customers while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify new sales opportunities by researching and reaching out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential customers, highlighting the key features and benefits that align with their requirements.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful post-sales service.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry advancements to effectively communicate value propositions to clients and address any queries or objections.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent prospecting and networking abilities, with the drive to generate new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a persistent and proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and principles, with the ability to adapt and apply them to different customer scenarios.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to effectively manage and track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
  • Availability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
