Key responsibilities include implementing digital tools (AI/ML), managing data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize research or commercial outcomes. Core Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Implementation: Collaborate with business units to identify, prioritize, and implement digital tools, platforms, and AI/ML solutions.

  • Data Governance & Insights: Maintain high data integrity, availability, and connectivity while analyzing complex datasets to provide actionable insights.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between IT, R&D, Clinical, and Regulatory teams to ensure digital initiatives align with business goals.

  • Project Management: Lead technology projects from conception to completion, managing vendor partners, project schedules, and validation documentation.

  • Training & Adoption: Empower teams by providing training and resources to effectively use new digital technologies and data analytics.
