Job Details:- Position: Petrol Pump Sales Trainee- Department: Sales- Location: Petrol Pump Locations – Mumbai / Nagpur- Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000 NTH per monthKey Responsibilities:- Interact with walk-in customers at petrol pump locations.- Explain 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler motor insurance products.- Generate leads, convert them into sales, and achieve daily/weekly targets.- Maintain basic customer records and follow up as needed.- Provide basic customer support for insurance queries.Eligibility & Skills:- Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass (Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome).- Good communication skills in the local language and basic English.- Confident, target-oriented, and willing to work at field/petrol pump locations.
