Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Prospect for new residential/commercial customers, conduct field sales (door-to-door), and generate leads through networking/events.
Product Expertise: Clearly explain broadband features, plans, benefits, and solutions to potential clients.
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships, address queries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.
Sales Process: Present proposals, negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the customer onboarding process.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Coordination: Liaise with technical/installation teams for smooth service delivery.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records and report sales progress to management.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven sales ability, lead generation, and client management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of the local market and broadband products is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software.
Experience in telecom/ISP industries preferred.
Typical Work Environment:
Field-based, involving local travel and client meetings (virtual or in-person).
Collaborative with marketing, technical, and operations teams.
