Duties:

? Assisting customer by designing organization solutions that meet their needs utilizing design

software

? Establish rapport and build a professional relationship with clients

? Receiving daily inquiries from customers via email, and either addressing or redirecting to the

appropriate party

? Provide a world class sales experience on each and every interaction

? Prepare sales quotes for customers based on their needs

? Provide timely follow-ups to ensure effective closing of all sales opportunities

? Meeting key performance indicators which include but are not limited to sales, average handle

time, productivity and overall quality

? Maintain product knowledge and stay current with all marketing promotions

? Be a brand ambassador

? Potentially perform quality checks on emails sent by department team members to ensure

adherence to NewAge best practices

Qualifications:

? Experience in a fast paced customer service/sales environment

? Design experience with kitchen, garage, landscaping and/or bathroom designs is a plus

? Interior design and passion for home décor a plus

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Strong customer service and business acumen

? Ability to work independently and to demonstrate initiative

? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2013 in particular Outlook, Word and Excel

? Experience with a big box store, home improvement or logistics/freight company is an asset
