· Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
· Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers proactively and Following up sales leads to generate sale.
· Handling site visits and generates references
· Delivering presentations of the company products to customers at sites and exhibitions.
· Drive sales of Apartments. End to End sales,
· Experience in real estate field is preferable.
· Core sales experience in apartment selling
· Good communication skills.
· Self-Driven, Self-motivated.
· Any degree/Master Degree with good communication skills can apply.
· Negotiating the agreement terms and closing sales.
· Tele calling experience in real estate will be required.
