Job Description

Sales Executive

Responsibilities:-

  • To build strong relationships with prospective customers who visit the property.
  • Be responsible for achieving sales targets.
  • Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
  • Hence, we will expect you to share our passion and commitment to serving customers
  • The ideal candidate for this role will come with past experience or no experience in managing relationships with customers and with clear sales targets.

  • We are heavily biased towards candidates who come with a proven track record of taking ownership, understanding customer pain points, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment.
  • We are looking for effective communicators who can work effortlessly with customers, colleagues, business partners and vendors, alike.
  • Lead alternate channel of Sales - Residence visits, design/sales at show flats, apartment activities.
  • Open to new initiatives.
  • High-level focus on achieving targets and ability to work under pressure
  • Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements
  • A systematic approach to maintaining lists of databases and ensuring regular follow-ups.
  • Be the single point of contact for the client till project conversion and report progress to seniors periodically.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of service delivery and campaigns (if any)
  • Taking client's on-site visits to showcase the company's work.
  • Participating in marketing initiatives if required

Broad Responsibility:-

  • a) Calling the leads
  • b) Scheduling / Fixing appointments
  • c) Fulfilling First meetings
  • d) Follow-ups
  • e) Closure

Requirements:-

  • Fresher/ Graduate / Postgraduate.
  • Decent verbal and written communications skills, English (Brownie points for those who know Kannada or Hindi as well) 
  • Ability to multitask, priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Passion for sales.
  • Basic usages of tools like Excel and PowerPoint
  • Quick on the feet attitude.
  • Good communication skills, written and oral
  • Good interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:-

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:-

  • Performance bonus
  • Incentives based on sales.
