Sales team is the backbone of every company and learning the right way of selling is very essential. Through Sales you help your customer acquire a product or Service that you offer.
Designation: Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
Convincing prospective clients that your agency is the right one to handle their sale and agree the terms
Arranging advertising to promote the property
Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database
Making appointments and showing buyers around a property
Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price
Refering buyers to mortgage arrangers for quotations and advice

Allocating potential customers : - Through Linked-in and other online mediums How to work on CRM - From data entry to targeted emails to generate potential enquiries. Sale script : Teach you the 9 point checklist through which any potential client could be closed. Target : How to achieve your targets. Reports : You will be taught how to develop sales related reports. Brainstorming : Teach you the basics of braining storming to come up with better ideas to generate leads followed by sales.
