Job Description

  • Inside sales reps speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have. 
  • Handle Customer's Inbound Calls, Emails, Followups, Replying Customer. 
  • Solving Queries, Explaining customer the Products / Offers / Services. 
  • Should Be Good In Sales, Follow-Ups, Conversions, Closing Sales On Phone & Email. 
  • Team Management, Good In Written & Spoken English & Ms Tools. 
  • Language: English and Hindi compulsory 
  • Required Experience of minimum 1+yrs, 
Skills and Qualifications :
  • Graduate Proven inside sales experience 
  • Track record of over-achieving quota 
  • Strong phone & email presence 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
  • Strong listening and presentation skills 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
