Job Description

Overview: The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the organization through generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. They are responsible for promoting and selling products or services to potential and existing customers, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales and exceed targets.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of products or services to customers and provide accurate information.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Manage and update customer databases with the sales activities, customer details, and other relevant information.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the organization.
  • Participate in sales meetings, events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the organization and expand the customer base.
  • Report on sales activities, progress, and obstacles, as well as market feedback and insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation and sales support materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support before, during, and after the sales process.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Deep understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer concerns and sales obstacles.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and other sales productivity tools.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales.
  • Thorough understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
  • Ability to travel as needed and a valid driver's license.
  • Experience in B2B sales, real estate sales, or direct sales is a plus.
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
