Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at M4S Marketing. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and generating sales across various sectors. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting product presentations, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Identify and prospect new clients, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing connections.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and customer segments.
  • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and events to promote the company's products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to deliver compelling product presentations.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
