We are looking to hire candidates (freshers/experienced) from any graduate/post-graduate courses for the role of sales executive. The candidates should be proficient in English and Hindi (multilingual is also preferred),have knowledge of MS Excel, and have experience (if any) in the e-commerce sector (minimum 6 months-1 year) would be preferred, but not mandatory. Working days are 6 (no week-off on weekends).

Key responsibilities:

1. Act as relationship manager for the paid customers of NoBroker

2. Build sustainable relationships

3. Build trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

4. Identify and assess customers' needs

5. Service customer in finding the right tenant/house as per the requirement of the customer

6. Dial outbound and attend inbound calls of customers and leads

7. Use internal tools and methods to provide the best possible service to the customer 8. Negotiate with leads on behalf of customers

9. Keep customers up-to-date on the progress of their account

10. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

11. Go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service
