We are seeking a customer-facing role: Sales Executive is a field sales who will represent our company as the face of our brand where you can learn grow and enjoy incentives.

Full-time role for candidates with relevant experience of more than 6 months in sales
Responsibilities include:
- Lead management make sales calls, and update the CRM database to meet sales targets.
- Set sales goals, develop strategies, and research prospects and competitor projects.
- Contact potential and existing customers through various channels.
- Makes calls to leads, arrange site and property visits and accompany the customers explaining the property units.
- Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and manage the sales process.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive lead database.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Actively participate in sales meetings.
- Handle post sales
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+2 education level.
- Internship can be converted to a full-time role based on performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with dedication and commitment.
- Fluency in English, Hindi is a must
- Knowledge of real estate and fluency in Kannada and Telugu will be an added advantage.
- Should have smart phone and laptop
