JD for the sales executive:
Attending customers visiting the project with utmost attention and hosting them
Understand the customer requirement – both, stated and implied needs
Use effective questioning to probe customer buying behaviour and assess decision patterns
Presenting the project and pitching, with the intention to close the sale
Using the tools provided, to pitch well, pitch accurately and pitch effectively
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
