• Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
• Convincing clients for a site visit.
• Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals
• Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals - Follow up with clients - Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales.
• Must-Have Four Wheeler & Experience In Direct Sales.

Experience: 2 years experience in sales and marketing.

Annual Salary Package: 2.4 to 3.5L + Incentives + Rewards
