Couch and Decor jobs - Sales Executive

Education: Any Degree

Experience: At least one year experience working in retail sales related to furniture, interiors, fashion or design. (Note: Freshers can also apply.)

Fixed Salary: Rs.15000/Month + Incentive

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide information regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
• Demonstrate product usage and benefits to customers.
• Achieve Target KPIs such as Sales & Conversion percentage set by management.
• Represent the Couch and Decor image through personal and professional appearance and effective communication skills.

• Willingness to learn about furniture products.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
