Job Description

Job Requirements:

Candidate should have proven experience in the field of Construction or builders

Must have experience arranging site visits and coordinating with the buyer end to end

Candidate in and around Chromepet or Thambaram are preferred

Male candidates with own two wheeler preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent customer relationship management

Responsibilities:

Establishing sales objectives and goals for the team and individual employees

Preparing monthly sales reports and presenting to managers

Managing team reviews and creating reward program

Reaching out the prospects and conducting team meetings

Achieving the monthly targets

Ensuring high-performance standards

To Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
