Job Description
Greeting customers, making them feel welcome, and providing a positive experience
Understanding the features, capabilities, and characteristics of vehicles
Identifying customer needs and interests and finding the right car for them
Accompanying customers on test drives and collecting their licenses and documentation
Negotiating prices and trade-in values and preparing and processing sales and lease paperwork
Contacting past customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Maintaining a customer database and building new sales leads
Presenting financing options and coordinating with the finance department
Selling accessories or other services
Performing vehicle delivery for buyers
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current products and services
Prepare and process paperwork for vehicle purchases
Achieve monthly sales targets
