Responsibilities and Duties

Roles & Responsibilities :

Responsible for handling Sales for the assigned project/(s)
Conduct Client Visits and manages Walk Ins.
Presenting property solutions to clients.
Generate business through Channel Partners.
Having a Daily Follow-up with Enquiries Regarding Booking Status.
Giving Daily Report of booking to Business Head.
Participate in exhibitions for promoting sales.
Scout for new sales opportunities through client references.
Identifies business opportunities to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability per property sales.
Produce marketing analysis reports for customer research, current market conditions and competitor information in order to determine real estate market requirements for existing and future ventures.
