Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Chennai, Tambaram 

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a deep understanding of the FMCG industry, particularly in the cookies segment. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

Ø  Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.

Ø  Identify new business opportunities and actively seek out potential clients in the FMCG sector, with a focus on cookies distribution.

Ø  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Ø  Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to increase product visibility and drive sales.

Ø  Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Ø  Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to clients and management as required.

Ø  Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure profitability while meeting customer expectations and market standards.

Ø  Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery of products and efficient order processing.

Ø  Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry developments.

Ø  Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and product performance to support decision-making and business planning.

Requirements:

Ø  Candidate Must Have Two Wheeler With Driving License.

Ø  10th,12th OR ANY Other Degree.

Ø  Willingness to travel as needed.

Ø  Fresher or 1 year experience.

Ø  Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector with experience in selling cookies or similar products.

Ø  Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.

Ø  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others effectively.

Ø  Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ø  Ability to analyse data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Ø  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
