JOB PURPOSE :The person with this role will be responsible for contributing to the top-line of the organization. This person will be the front face of the organization for our customers and the responsibility of maintaining the reputation of the organization.
Responsibilities &
Tasks:
-Must possess relevant sales experience within Real Estate
-Builds and maintains relations with the potential customers for the
Residential Real Estate category
-Meets the potential customers and helps them shortlist the appropriate properties
through organized presentations and verbal communication
-Accompanies the potential customers to the shortlisted sites and helps them
structure and negotiate a deal
Achieves the monthly and quarterly targets decided mutually with the Senior
Management
