Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting our diverse range of software products and services. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in various markets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- Present, promote, and sell BrainCave’s products and services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to the management team.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand business reach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of software development, digital marketing, and related services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
