We are an IT Solutions and Service providing company based in South Delhi providing IT / Enterprise Solutions ( Networking/ Data Security/ Storage/ LAN-WAN-SAN/ SAAS/ Cloud-based solutions) to Govt/ PSU etc in Delhi NCR.

We understand the clients IT Needs and then go all out to provide him a scalable, reliable and cost-effective solution, even if we have to research and tie up with international players to do so.

Our customers are mainly PSU and Government ( NCR) the solutions are appropriately interesting

 SUMMARY

  • Manage a set of Key Accounts- operating as a single point of contact to your customers
  • Understand and then architect and Deliver solutions spanning the IT Network/ Security/ Infrastructure needs of Enterprise Customers
  • Relevant sales experience 1-4 yrs 

Key goals & responsibilities:

IT PRODUCTS, SERVICE and SOLUTIONS SALES

As a Key Account Manager, you will

  • Single point of contact for your customers.
  • Execute complete sales lifecycle - ensure customer (adoption) satisfaction.
  • Growth through acquisition of new business and retention of existing clients
  • Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring timely, successful delivery of the solutions, improving the entire customer experience.

 As a salesperson to the accounts mapped to you, you will

  • Understand (upskill yourself if required) customer need and suggest/sell appropriate solutions based on
  • ManageEngine Solutions (performance/management/version/password/storage/security)
  • Network Management (servers/storage/firewalls/endpoints)
  • Datacentre Infrastructure/ Virtualisation ((HPE, ECG, CSG, Servers, Networking)
  • Unified Communications/Video Conferencing solutions ( UTMs, VC from Polycom, Pexip, etc)
  • Security ( IT/ Network)/ Storage ( Cloud, NAS, SAN)
  • Desired Skills & Experience
  • Passion for quality Sales, ability to research best-fit solutions, Self Motivated, Team worker
  • BE Communications/Networking, MCA. Preferred
  • CCNA or similar Networking courses Preferred
  • You should understand networking, the devices and underlying concepts
  • Obviously, you should know the end to end sales
  • Strong technical awareness of cloud-based IT solutions and industry
  • Ability to deliver value in a fast-paced environment
  • The self-learner who practices constant knowledge upskilling.
  • Decent Communication skills ( verbal & written),Good presentation skills
  • Bright freshers can apply/ sales experience 1-4 years Desirable
