We have an urgent opening in Pre-sales/ Sales Executive/ Assistant sales manager profile for one of the renowned MNC in the Real estate industry.
Brief for your reference given below- Should have experience in cross-selling or up-selling of products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received
Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services

·         Find prospects and leads

·         Learn details about our products and services

·         Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants

·         Handle potential clients and act as their consultant

·         Up-sell when appropriate

·         Constant follow up with leads

·          Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

·         Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

·         Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

Salary- 15k to 40k
