Job Title: Sales Executive

Reports to: Sales Manager/Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within their assigned territory or market segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings.

• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Track and report progress towards goals, utilizing CRM software.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to the team regarding product enhancements or new offerings based on client feedback and market demands.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Optional).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
