Identifying and developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
Managing team of corporate leasing - commercial in Gurgaon.
Directing and managing personnel functions including distribution of work assignments, personal mentoring and disciplinary actions.
Introducing the company's services among decision makers & scheduling meetings with concern clients.
Effectively handling clients with positive feedback.
Transaction Management for leasing and sale of office space for corporate occupiers and end users
Will have to identify key-prospects through primary and secondary research.
