Roles and Responsibilities Reach out to the assigned pool of Sellers/Merchants, offer the product and help them set up their accounts
Understand the products and services offered and can articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences.
Identify valuable sellers, selection and industry verticals and establish long-term partnerships
Conduct onboarding and training for the Sellers at the time of launch.
Understand the products and services offered and can articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences.
Become a POC for the Sellers to resolve their operational grievances
Track and monitor performance and sales of key partners to manage their performance & making them successful
post-launch.

Education
Bachelor's degree required (MUST)
Experience
Relevant:
More than 1 years of experience in sales/ Key Account Management.
Good written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and
succinctly
Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
Proven ability to manage the business “by the numbers”. Must be metrics-driven.
Should be able to understand complex metrics, SOPs and adhere to the defined processes
Should be able to deal with multiple stakeholders to achieve goals
Should have ‘medium’ knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience working with e-commerce, startup SME retailers, advertising, or media.
Understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and distributors.
Experience selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets.
