Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our sales team as a Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation efforts
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments with potential clients to understand their business needs and pain points
• Develop and present proposals and product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Close sales deals and achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market changes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in a sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Experience in working with corporates.
• Established connects with HR and Purchase teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Masters/Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Expertise in CRM principles and marketing application such as LinkedIn Navigator
• Ability and willingness to travel to meet clients across India as and when required.
