Responsibilities and Duties
· Provide advisory/consultation to customers in marketing and purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.
· Understand clients’ needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
· Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, ensuring fair and honest dealing.
· Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
· Manage clients for both residential & commercial projects.
· Proficient in online and offline marketing
· Self-driven to look after supply and demand
· Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from different events and activities.
· Good selling and negotiation skills.
· A self-motivator, Dynamic and passionate for sales and business development
· Regular Customer Meetings, Site Visits
· Can do property analysis through different channels
· Compiling and analyzing sales figures
· Keeping up to date with products and competitors
· Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.
· Report on sales activities to senior management
· Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
· Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
· Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
