Job description

Our company is looking for a Sales Executive with the below qualifications:

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Excellent knowledge in creating quotations, travel itineraries, and package costing.
Prepare promotional techniques to sell itinerary tour packages
Prompt reply to the email inquiries from B2B and B2C client
Must know how to handle hotels, excursions & tour packages inside/outside UAE.

Key Skills:

Excellent communication skills
Commercially aware
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Knowledge of different tourist attractions inside and outside the UAE.
Computer Literate

Contract length: 24 months
