Your primary responsibility areas will be -

Multi Channel approach - While your primary channel would be Modern Retail including stand-alone gourmet / specialised stores, you will be expected to drive sales in ever possible potential channel right from HoReCa, Caterers to alternate channels.
Work Life Balance - We are a party brand. We usually work while partying or the other way around. We respect work life balance but its imperative to understand that we belong to the Social space and we have to adapt to it.
Self-motivated & Passionate - We are a self motivated bunch and expect this trait among each of our team members. You will either love it or hate it.
Freshers are as good - While experience is good to have but its not a must. If you have basic Common Sense and the zeal to learn, you qualify as much.

Channel Leader (Sales Executives) - Delhi, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai and Kolkata (Motorbike is a Must)
