·         Pitching online recruitment solutions to Corporate & SME clients by assessing their business requirements.

·         Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients and providing effective and efficient consultative solutions for recruitment and corporate hiring across various industries.

·         Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, networking, and telephone canvassing and cold calling.

·         Creating Social Media campaigns such as Mailers, Company Newsletter, Banners etc. to enhance Brand visibility.

·         Area Mapping, prospecting leads, qualifying valid leads, negotiation & freezing commercials to close deals with necessary documentations.

·         Building and managing strong relationships with customers.

·         Preparing Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly projections. MIS Reporting around key performance areas.

·         Should have prior experience in handling & nurturing teams & ensuring they are aligned with organizations mission & vision statement.

·         Ensuring 100% compliance in field & in office as per company policies always.

·         Providing continuous after sales support and ensuring best of services to the clients.

·         Coordinating with the Product and Tech teams in streamlining product related issues & help team in enhancing & developing product.

·         A go-getter with proven track record in exceeding Targets with minimum supervision.
