Job Summary We are looking for passionate sales Candidates who will be responsible for the area sales and marketing along with client management and market research for direct to consumer or B2C and B2B Sales and Marketing for Delhi/NCR location.
Responsibilities and Duties
Builds customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand business objectives and goals.
Continuously prospects to develop net new customers, which includes expanding existing relationships and products of assigned accounts.
Explore and close new set of opportunities with existing customers.
Must understand customer requirements and work on predetermined targets.
Responsible for finding and developing new business as well as handling and growing existing business.
Face to face sales skills are required for visits is must.
Ability to analyse the market and identify opportunities for potential exhibitors as well as show strategy and development.
Ability to manage own sales pipeline.
Maintain sales database and keep up to date.
Input into sales brochures, sales mailings and sales strategy.
Success will be measured on weekly activity levels, sales against target on a monthly basis and new business leads.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Experience : Fresher/ Experience both
Education : Graduation/ Diploma
Language : Business language only (English or Hindi).
Candidate with technology and gadgets interest will be preferable.
Passionate customer focused attitude.
Idea generator, initiative-taker and ability to think outside the box.
Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills.
Resilient, determined and able to work under client pressure.
