A Sales Executive is responsible for assisting the development team in attaining our growth and sales targets. He/She will be held accountable for conducting varied activities such as lead generation, customer data verification, subscription sales, product and service demonstration etc. The executive should also be able to suggest real-time ideas and strategies for increasing customer acquisition and marketing campaigns. He/She should also provide effective and on-time updates to the management.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
• Keep prospective client database updated.
• Make cold calls for new business leads.
• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
• Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers etc.
• He/She will be held accountable for conducting varied activities such as lead generation, customer data verification, subscription sales.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Must possess strong customer service skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum Experience of 1-2 years in related field.
• Must possess communication and customer service skills.
• Must have good negotiation skills.
• Must be able to create good presentations and excellent interpersonal skills.
