Job Description

Position Title: Sales Executive
Location: Vijay Nagar , Indore 
Department: Sales
Employment Type: Full-Time 

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; research and analyze sales options.
  • Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients, schedule meetings, and follow up on leads.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of [Company Name]'s products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and improve sales strategies.
  • Client Visits: Conduct client visits to strengthen relationships and close deals when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-1 year  of experience in sales or a similar role, preferably within [industry].
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to understand and present technical concepts and solutions.
