Purpose of employment
We are looking for a dynamic sales executive who can generate sales. You will be responsible for identifying the market for our IT Service, generating opportunities, and need to handle end to end sales processes. You will be part of the sales team and a key responsible person for going to market & generating revenue for the organization you will be responsible for maintaining a professional relationship with your clients & time to time generating additional revenue for your existing account.
Task
· Generate leads for IT Service through cold calling, networking, and visiting industrial areas
· Lead generation via social Network
· Time to time Email communication to prospective & existing clients on various offers, achievements, articles that are of interest to the client or their industry.
· Maintain client relationship
· Update all leads & sales status on the CRM software
· Timely reporting to seniors & detail updates on each client sales cycle
· Should be able to demonstrate the solution capabilities to the client.
· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
· Generate quotes for the client with an illustration on ROI
· Coordinate with the tech team / demo specialist for detail capability leading to closure of sales.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
· Consistent follow up, proactive actions, timely reminders with client to address all the queries leading to closure of business. Market competition analysis & time to time input to the product team
· Collect feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team

Experience
1 year and above sales experience in an IT service company. (Freshers also can apply)
