Responsibilities:
Handle the walk-in customer
Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis
To do cross sales
Strict adherence to organizations policies and processes.
Maintain the relationship with colleagues
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
Leads will be generated from the assigned bank
Cross selling of various financial products to the Bank customer
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

Strong verbal and written communicator.
Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
