Minimum 3 years experience in Luxury Real Estate Sales.
- Efficient and strong experience in handling sales and closing clients.
- Responsible for achieving Sales Targets, Client agreements and collections.
- Should have experience of managing Pre-Sales, Sales Team.
- Should be excellent in domain knowledge and communication.
- Should be good at training the team in cold calling, sales
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
