It’s an upselling inbound process of e-commerce ( fixed day shift ) 1 rotational week off
Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards suitable products or services.
2. Nurture customer relationships to convert inquiries into sales, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Effectively manage and document all calls, actions, and sales within our CRM system.
4. Collaborate with the sales team and other professionals to ensure seamless customer service.
5. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, product knowledge, sales processes, and customer service best practices.
