· Entry-level sales work / Knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of sales
MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF FMCG INDUSTRY
· Market experience of at least 2 - 3 Years in a FMCG / food Company
· Thorough knowledge of the geography is a must
· Responsible for opening new outlets - Ability to identify target outlets (Stand alone Grocery Stores / Super Markets / Modern Trade Outlet) and build business
· Distributor handling, searching new distributors, stockiest - Ability to independently identify, appraise and appoint a Retail Distribution partner in the chosen territory
· Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers - Service personally his / her set of retailers and ensure their requirements are met in time
· Ensure prime visibility of products sold
· Follow FIFO at outlets to reduce/zero market returns
· Ensure agreed Primary/Secondary Sales and Collection targets are achieved
· Liaise with others on market execution standards
