JOB ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Ability to attend customers with good attitude.
• Having a firm understanding of the home appliance such as ;ac, tv, washing machine, refrigerator etc.
• Good communication skills
• Develop relationship with existing customers close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Actively sell products to customers to achieve agreed-upon sales targets
• Follow up on and address customer complaints
• Respond to inquiries from existing and new customers
• Search for and develop new customers within existing customer segments
• Support the Store Manager in developing new business segments
• Ensure customers adhere to payment terms
• Create minutes of meetings for important customer-related decisions
• Provide market information to management, including customer activities and competitor potential risks and opportunities.
