Job Description
Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. He/She should be dynamic, energetic & dedicated candidates who want to work in a competitive environment selling Residential Property to individual clients & investors. Effectively manages Lead with site visits, follow Ups & several meetings with potential clients in order to close the deal.
Responsibilities:
• Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
• Confident & having a passion for selling with outstanding negotiation & convincing skill
• Ready to travel across the city and good knowledge of localities
• Handling Site visits as well as walk In
• Doing a survey of micro market periodically
• Co-ordination with back office
• Resolving customers queries
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Go getter with Good attention to details and commitment to work
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills. ( English, Marathi, Hindi )
• Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and manage time effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
